Taken from sector N-01, the next in the published queue — after adjudication and the six-month grace period. No one is removed by force; Israel gains nothing and pays the implementation costs.
Tiers, as published: the first 565 km² (the new land) forfeits at the full rate and is recoverable with quiet; the next 602 km² at half rate, permanently; the next 602 km² at half rate, reversible; below 80% of the day-one map, all territorial losses stop. Restoration requires the published number of consecutive years with zero Israeli fatalities. The escrow is struck from the back of the development schedule and never returns; the Foundation Package cannot be struck. A single attack killing 50 or more, or a year exceeding 100, crosses the act-of-war threshold and suspends the framework.

Sector boundaries here are illustrative — the real forfeiture queue is published to the meter on day one.
